Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional firm of Mortgage Brokers.

Due to continued growth within the business our client are looking to recruit an experience Mortgage Administrator to join their team.

Role

• Full-time, office-based Mortgage Administration vacancy.
• Process mortgage application forms with lenders.
• Checking on the progress of applications through to completion.
• Inputting cases onto iO.
• Inputting cases onto Lender’s systems.
• Uploading supporting information.
• Electronic ID checks.
• Keeping adviser updated of progress via email and PipeDrive.
• Using Mortgage Metrics for rate improvements.
• Any other relevant duties the directors feel is necessary.
• Accurate and timely processing of client applications.
• Making sure the adviser is aware of the current case position.
• Maintaining high levels of vigilance to possible fraud and money laundering activities.
• Ensure the company meets obligations under our 'Rate Assurance Guarantee’.

Candidate

• Professional, well spoken and confident.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Well presented.
• Previous Mortgage Administration a strong advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to liaise at all levels.
