What You Need to Succeed:

• A minimum of 24 months of customer-facing residential mortgage and protection sales experience.
• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• A full driving license and access to your own vehicle.

**The income guarantee level is negotiable and is dependent on experience and proof of previous performance for Mortgage and Protection Advisers with at least 24 months of prior mortgage and protection sales experience. ( No contractual claw-back agreement required.)
