Mortgage Adviser - Whole of Market - Allerton Park Recruitment Solutions : Job Details

We are currently working with a West London based Mortgage business (part of a prestigious firm of Estate Agents) that wishes to appoint a Mortgage Adviser to join their busy team.

All leads are provided by the firm and there is no shortage with average loan size of circa £400K.

The firm has an excellent support framework, with comprehensive training programmes for everybody. You will be supported by an extremely efficient administration team, who handle all post application administration. The firm has ambitious growth plans and, as such, there is realistic opportunity for progression.

During induction (3-4 months) you would be expected to be full time office based, after this you will gradually move to a hybrid working arrangement where ultimately you are only expected in the office two days per week.

Basic salary starts at £30K and there is a degree of flexibility depending on experience and track record. Bonus is also competitive and the majority of the well established advisers in the business are earning upward of £100,000 pa.

To be considered, you must hold the full CeMAP qualification and have had at least 12 months' experience as a Mortgage Adviser. You must also have a strong work ethic and a client-centric attitude.
