• Competitive salary £30-35k
• Office based 9am-5pm. Free car parking

What is expected?

This is not a KPI numbers driven business, putting their clients’ needs at the forefront of processes and culture is key.

You will have an admin support team who will take ownership of the compliance whilst you will have the time to advise. No cold calling here, leads will be generated for you with the focus being on giving your clients the best possible service.

Late nights are very occasional, and should you need to speak with clients outside work hours your time will be given back.

Providing advice to both existing and new clients whilst keeping up to date with new mortgage, GI and protection products, lending criteria, technical or legislative changes within the marketplace

What would make you a perfect fit?

• Experience of working in a mortgage advisor setting is essential.
• Strong communication skills with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy

• Detailed knowledge of the FCA’s rules and requirements
• Trained to CeMAP level 3 or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate well with confidentially and compliance being super important.
