Key Responsibilities:

In this exciting Home-Based Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker role, you will:

• Offer whole-of-market mortgage advice: As a Remortgage Advisor, you’ll have the flexibility to offer your clients a wide range of mortgage options, ensuring they receive the best possible deal based on their specific circumstances.
• Provide tailored protection solutions: Alongside mortgage advice, you’ll offer protection products, making sure your clients have the most suitable coverage for their needs. You'll be able to recommend from a range of 5-6 life companies.
• Conduct remote or in-person consultations: You’ll have the flexibility to liaise with your clients via phone, video calls, or face-to-face meetings, offering them advice in a way that’s convenient and comfortable for both you and them.
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team: You’ll be backed by an efficient support team, helping to streamline the process from lead generation to closing. With a 60% conversion rate, you can be confident in your ability to succeed and thrive in this role.

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker: You should have a solid track record in advising clients on mortgages, ideally with a focus on remortgaging.
• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent): This is essential to ensure you can provide the best advice in line with industry regulations.
• Knowledge of mortgage and protection products: A comprehensive understanding of whole-of-market mortgage solutions and protection products is key.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills: You’ll need to be confident in managing your own diary, liaising with clients, and providing clear and concise advice.
• Self-motivation and discipline: Working from home requires the ability to manage your own workload effectively, especially when dealing with multiple clients across Norfolk.
