Mortgage Advisor - THE OPENWORK PARTNERSHIP : Job Details

With a salaried position for up to the first 12 months, whilst building a pipeline to help you move into self-employment with more security and stability.

We are recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a flourishing, well established firm that offer holistic advice and are looking for an experienced adviser to join the team, dealing with any cross referrals as well as building on the existing contacts and nurturing relationships to help develop and grow your own client base.

Mortgage Adviser Roles and Responsibilities:

• Utilise the existing connections to develop strong relationships and generate enquiries to grow your client bank. Provide tailored recommendations and expert guidance on Mortgage and Protection products.
• Keep up with industry regulations and market trends.

Mortgage Advisor requirements and qualifications:

• CeMAP or CII certificate in Mortgage Advice.
• Some broking experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Client centric approach.

Mortgage Advisor Benefits:

• Initial up to 12 month contract on an employed basis on basic salary of up to £30,000.
• Ability to transition onto self employed contract having built up an established pipeline.
• Hybrid working - minimum of 1 day per week in Gloucestershire based office.
• Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
