Mortgage Adviser - Qualified Appointments Provided

Are you looking for a remote working from home opportunity, giving you the flexibility to work around your family life?

This client, who has advisers based nationally are recruiting for experienced and hungry Mortgage Advisers to work remotely on a self-employed basis. Our client has thousands of existing clients, needing to be serviced. Not only do these clients need servicing, but also refer new business into the company, as well as new business enquiries from other marketing activities.

This is a great opportunity for those advisers needing qualified appointments to supplement their own self-generation activities, to enable you to maximise your income potential.

What would be required

·CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and signed off as CAS

·Minimum 2 years whole of market experience, not single tied

What you'll receive

.Full administration support post you signing up a case.

·Generous commission of up to 70% for self-gen business and 50% company appointments.

·Potential for financial assistance for those with a demonstrable track record . Banking figures and further proof of bankings will be required for any financial assistance.

. Ability to write commercial mortgages & bridging.

·OTE £80k-£120k self-employed

·Enquiries where admin have already contacted the client and uploaded all up to date documents (pay slips, accounts, bank statements etc) for your consideration in placing the case.

·Support and Development to further career

Please note this role requires full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification, whole of market experience and sign off as Competent Adviser status, if you do not have this we will not proceed with the application.

Salary : 80000 - 120000
