Job Title:Mortgage and Protection Adviser.Location: Based within 1 hour commute of Salisbury, Winchester or SW London. Basis: Employed-Full Time with hybrid working between home and the office as required.Salary: Market leading and negotiable basic salary with uncapped commission (realistic OTE £80k+).Rayner Personnel are the UK’S leading Financial Services Recruiters, and we are proud to work with the UK’s leading Mortgage Brokerages and Financial institutions.We are now seeking an experienced CeMAP Qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser who has experience in dealing with HNW clients, to join one of London’s premier Estate Agency businesses, Our client was established in 2010 and specialises in all aspects of property finance, being part of the largest and most successful Estate Agency and Property Services provider in the UK and trades from over 110 locations.Covering four branches across West London you will be responsible for providing Mortgage & Protection advice to their clients regarding their property financing needs, you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of writing high levels of business in a previous Mortgage advice role and show an understanding of working with clients that have complex income structures and more unusual financial circumstances.Our client is uniquely placed in the London property market and represents HNW individuals looking to buy and sell high value properties. You will need to be able to provide advice to clients who require specialist lending solutions such as bridging, equity release and commercial financing. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format.
• Minimum of 24 Months demonstrable customer facing mortgage sales experience, with Full CeMAP mortgage qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of Financial Services sales and an understanding of compliance regulations.
• Highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
