You will handle a variety of cases, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, and everything in between.Mortgage and Protection Broker key Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs.
• Assess clients' financial situations, creditworthiness, and eligibility.
• Utilize our CRM system to manage leads and appointments efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Actively seek new business opportunities.
• Immediate and pre-booked appointments, allowing you to hit the ground running.

Office Environment

• Work in an open, energetic office where collaboration and fun are at the heart of everything.
• Enjoy 3 hours of protected time daily to focus without answering calls.
• All administrative tasks are handled for you, including DIPs, FMAs, and nurture calls, so you can concentrate on what you do best.
• Utilise a custom CRM system, Pipedrive, designed specifically for your needs.
• Experience flexibility in your working hours, with options to adjust schedules for family commitments, including school pick-ups and caregiving duties.

Mortgage and Protection Broker Package

• Base Salary: up to £32k - £35k
• Commission 10%
• Average brokers earn £17k/month, some achieving up to £30k pm - six-figure earnings are highly achievable!
• Hours are between 8.30-6pm, with lots of flexibility for personal commitments.

Mortgage and Protection Broker Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in mortgage and protection advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of financial products and market conditions.
