You’ll be the expert they rely on for advice on life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection, as well as mortgage products for new build homesMortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice, guiding clients through life insurance, critical illness, and income protection options.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders, and other professionals in the new build sector.
• Assess clients’ financial positions and recommend the best mortgage and protection products for their needs.
• Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and protection providers to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Stay up to date with new build financing programs, protection products, and market trends to provide accurate and relevant advice.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the homebuying process, addressing any concerns to ensure a smooth experience.

The Mortgage and Protection Broker Package

• Basic Salary: £30k
• Tiered Commission OTE up to £65k
• Additional quarterly bonus up to £1500 for retained clients

Mortgage and Protection Broker Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a mortgage advisor, with a strong understanding of protection products
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Excellent relationship-building skills with both clients and industry professionals
• Highly motivated, with a passion for achieving success
• Professional, personable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
