A leading Mortgage Brokerage based in Surrey, requires an experienced Mortgage professional to join its expanding multi-award-winning team

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or Bridging Loan Broker to join a company with ambitious growth plans, access to unlimited leads, and a competitive and comprehensive package, which offers excellent overall earnings potential.

The company is currently looking to fill a single role, either advising on mortgages or bridging loans, you will become an expert in your chosen sector.

As a competent mortgage professional, you will be CeMAP qualified, with experience in the whole of market mortgage sector, ideally currently working in a fast-paced environment, and have a demonstrable sales background of banking over £150k in a single year.

Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• A minimum of 12 months experience as a qualified mortgage professional
• A solid understanding of the UK property market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• The ability to work independently with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast paced, demanding role, with the hunger to earn in excess of £100k per annum
• Be able to build strong relationships with clients
• Confident telephone manner
• Whole-of-market experience

Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Advisor Package

• Office Based in Godalming (for the first 6-months, followed by a hybrid option)
• Salary c£35,000 depending on experience (negotiable)
• Uncapped OTE
• All leads provided
