You will have the opportunity to service the agency’s extensive portfolio of over 2,000 managed properties, offering whole of market mortgage advice tailored to each landlord’s unique needs.You’ll play a key role in helping clients optimise their investments and expand their property holdings. In addition, you'll be able to earn commission by referring clients to the agency’s partnered protection advisors, solicitors, packagers, and other professionals.The Mortgage Broker - Specialist in Buy-to-Let Package:

• Self-employed role with high earnings potential
• OTE of £75k+
• Focused on buy-to-let and portfolio landlords
• Pre-qualified client base from the agency’s property management portfolio
• Strong support from the branch team to feed in leads

Mortgage Broker - Specialist in Buy-to-Let: Skills and Experience:

• CeMAP qualified
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, with a particular focus on buy-to-let
• Whole of market mortgage experience
• Excellent communicator with a passion for delivering top-quality client service
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
• Strong time management skills
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
