Are you a talented and experienced Mortgage Broker, looking for an employed role with clients provided?

This is a great opportunity for hungry, money-orientated individuals, who can work at a pace and can handle a high volume of business.

Our client is a successful, well-established mortgage business in the North East of England, specialising in new build mortgages, re-mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages and mortgage insurance.

With an extensive number of existing clients, they have an immediate and ongoing requirements for Mortgage Brokers, responsible for previous clients (back-book). Monday to Friday hours are available for back-book and training will be given on protection, if required, therefore protection experience is not required.

Office based for local candidates. Some hybrid opportunities are available, depending on your location and candidates must be able to travel to the office (in Tyne and Wear) at least 1 day per week, ideally 2.

Full admin support is provided.

Responsibilities:-

- Placing mortgages & re-mortgages for both new and existing clients- Identifying client needs- Sourcing mortgages from a comprehensive range of lenders from across the market- Identifying additional sales opportunities- Cross-selling protection and general insurance (training can be provided or leads passed on)- Provide excellent customer care- Keeping up to date with regulation and financial products- To uphold company values and act in accordance with FCA regulations

Qualifications

- CeMAP (or equivalent) essential

Candidate Requirements

- Must have experience as a Mortgage Broker

- Hold CAS

- Possess great communication skills

- Able to work both under pressure and at a fast pace

- Have the desire to be successful

Benefits

- Starting salary £28,000 until signed off, then increases to £30,000, then £36,000 with future increases based on productivity
