As a Mortgage Advisor in East Ham, you will benefit from the strong lead generation efforts of the estate agency team, who are financially incentivised to provide you with 7-10 new mortgage appointments per week. Additionally, you will receive daily mortgage leads and have unrestricted access to the existing client base of over 1,200 clients. This access allows you to offer remortgage services and review protection needs, ensuring comprehensive financial solutions for all clients.

Key Points:

• Competitive Remuneration Package: Earn a competitive salary of £27,000 - £31,000, including car allowance, financial guarantees of up to £800 per month for 5 months, pension, commission and bonuses. With a strong performance, you have the potential to achieve a total earning opportunity (OTE) of £65,000 - £85,000!

Who We're Looking For:

• A highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with a proven track record in mortgage sales.
• A CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and excellent knowledge of mortgages and related protection products are essential.
• We welcome applicants from tied, independent, or banking mortgage backgrounds, provided you can demonstrate a strong sales record and possess the relevant qualifications (CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ with CAS).
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to seamlessly collaborate within a team environment are key attributes we seek.
• A clean credit history, full UK driving license, and a clear criminal record are mandatory.
