Hybrid Mortgage Advisor - Orpington

Salary: To £29,000 basic, dependent upon experience, pension, DIS, bonus & commission, OTE £55,000 - £65,000

This exciting role combines the autonomy of managing your own diary with the support of a collaborative team. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, including one day per week working from home and the remainder from our Orpington office, plus covering 2 Saturdays in 4.

With a steady stream of over 10 pre-qualified leads per week and a minimum earnings potential of £55,000, this is an exceptional opportunity to build a successful practice and achieve your career goals.

Main Duties:

• Acquire and engage with pre-qualified leads generated by our dedicated introducers.
• Provide expert mortgage advice and protection products tailored to individual client needs.
• Work effectively from home one day per week and seamlessly from our Orpington office.
• Manage your own diary efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners to drive business growth.
• Receive a minimum of 10 new pre-qualified Mortgage leads per week.

Key Skills:

• CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional mortgage advice and protection product solutions.
• Ideally based in or near Orpington (not essential).
• Highly self-disciplined with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
