An amazing opportunity for a Mortgage Case Manager to join a team within a well estalbished Broker based in near Basildon.

Responsibilities:

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status

• Proactively progress mortgage applications through to completion

• Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post

• Book client appointments and keeping the diary organised

• Complete Broker Checklist to include compliance checks on all documentation

• Complete ID Checks

• Complete Fact Find & Suitability Letter on the Key (internal system)

• Update our CRM Tool

• Update lead introducers with business levels and status of cases

• Complete offer checks
