MORTGAGE PRODUCT MANAGER

UP TO £80,000

LONDON / HAMPSHIRE

This is an exciting opportunity to join this business and be responsible for managing the product proposition for the Property function.

THE ROLE

You can expect to be involved in the following day-to-day:

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills with a focus on commercial success.
• In-depth knowledge of the mortgage lending market.
• Proven track record in product management and development, delivering measurable business benefits.
• Skilled in analysing and synthesizing diverse information sources to define requirements, including market trends, customer and retailer feedback, and internal needs.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Versatile skillset with experience working across various functions such as commercial, marketing, operations, finance, project management, and IT.
• Expertise in proposition development and a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Knowledgeable about and able to work effectively within a regulated credit environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent mortgage understanding, looking at bridging loans, or buy to let.
• Experience in product management in mortgages.
• Have a strong understanding of the competitor landscape.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
