The Role - Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Based within a leading estate agency in Gloucester, you’ll work on-site with a team of property professionals, receiving 25-30 qualified leads per month. Your role will involve:

• Assessing client needs and recommending the best mortgage and protection solutions
• Building strong relationships with homebuyers at the point of property purchase
• Working with a dedicated Client Relationship Manager who handles all admin, leaving you free to focus on advising and earning
• Maximising your earnings with an attractive commission structure that rewards your success

What’s on Offer?

• Basic Salary: Up to £30,000
• Car Allowance: £3,000
• Lucrative Commission: Tiered up to 45%
• Realistic OTE: £70,000+
• Average loan size: £220,000
• Full Administrative Support
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

What We’re Looking For

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• Minimum 12 months' experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor (bank or brokerage)
• A proactive and professional approach to client advice
• The ambition to exceed targets and maximise earnings
• Adaptability to work with a variety of clients and mortgage cases
