As the Motion Design Lead, you’ll be both a visionary and a hands-on creator, steering a talented team of Motion Designers and 3D Artists to new heights. With this role, it’s not just about leadership—it’s about doing, crafting, and creating alongside your team.

As the Motion Design Lead, here is what you’ll be doing:

• Take responsibility for the Motion Design and 3D team, ensuring their creative output sets industry standards.
• Motivate the team to deliver work that is creatively best in class while collaborating with Creative Leads and ensuring consistency across projects.
• Create exceptional motion design and animated content, conceptualising ideas and crafting beautifully polished designs.
• Prepare and deliver creative pitches and presentations that excite stakeholders and set projects in motion.
• Shape your team’s skills through mentoring and feedback, helping them overcome creative challenges and creating an environment where they can thrive.
• Lead the way in steering projects creatively, optimizing resources and timelines for each assignment.

You’re a Senior Motion Designer at heart, but your leadership abilities and passion for nurturing talent set you apart. You’ll bring:

• A standout portfolio showcasing your motion design skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D and other 3D design tools
• A strong grasp of layout, typography, and illustration, along with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Proven experience mentoring teams and getting the best out of creative minds.
• Familiarity with 3D processes and workflows is a bonus but not essential.
