Is it time to open new doors in your legal journey? If so we are seeking a Claims Handler (CH3) to join their Liverpool team. The claims handler will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims including PI from inception to settlement.
Key Accountabilities• To effectively and efficiently manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims including PI from inception to settlement• To support delivery of consistently high levels of service and productivity• To work closely with colleagues within the firm to deliver consistently high levels of service • To input accurate data and ensure data maintenance• Interact and communicate with clients• Mentoring, training and to be the technical referral point for other team members• Auditing of files, if required. Working Hours 35 hours per weekMonday – Friday 9am – 5.00pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.Primary location for this role is Liverpool Office, this is a hybrid role working 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.
