Responsibilities of the Multi-Site Manager include:

• Manage on site staff, ensuring KPIs are achieved.
• Recruit and onboard staff.
• Implement processes and procedures.
• Oversee P&Ls.
• Lead annual budget process.
• Present financial performance to stakeholders.
• Ensure sites are delivering excellent customer service.
• Be point of contact for escalated complaints or issues.
• Lead on compliance with legislation.
