Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Shepshead

Salary: £43,000 per year

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining machinery, ensuring minimal downtime, and supporting production efficiency across both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Work with the engineering team to improve plant reliability.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience with PLC systems and automated production.
• Willingness to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (Days & Nights).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
