Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer - FMCG Location: StockportIndustry: FMCG Salary: £50,000 Permanent role Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (4 Days, 4 Nights) Multi-Skilled Engineer Role Overview: You will need a strong electrical and mechanical skills, previous experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry and time served in a maintenance role. The role entails fault finding, PPM, Electrical and Mechanical installations and using Electrical Control Systems. Multi-Skilled Engineer Job Responsibilities: • Address machine and auxiliary equipment failures.• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.• Install, commission, and repair plant equipment and facilities.• Support the manufacturing team with line adjustments, changeovers, and breakdowns.• Minimize downtime and contribute to continuous improvements.• Actively participate in site health and safety requirements.• Work independently when necessary and oversee the tasks of others.• Create and maintain documentation related to engineering activities.Multi-Skilled Engineer Required Attribute: • 2+ years in FMCG or Food & Beverage Manufacturing Industry • Electrical Qualification - HNC, 17th edition, City & guilds (or equivalent) • Mechanical maintenance experience • Qualifications Required: Food Safety, Health & Safety, Lean Manufacturing• UK Drivers License Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
