Multi Skilled Joiner - Fawkes and Reece : Job Details

My client are a leading Social Housing Contractor, with a great reputation who offer great benefits and security of work for their employees. They are currently recruiting for a qualified Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis, based in Skelmersdale.

The Contractor are working on a long term framework with a Local Authority, providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties across the West Lancashire region, alongside some void work and occasional planned refurbishment projects.

• They are recruiting for experienced and hard working Multi Skilled Joiners to join them on a permanent basis.
• Type of work will largely be reactive maintenance to tenanted properties, with some planned and void work also.
• It's essential you have experience of working closely with residents and within people's homes.

You must have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in an appropriate trade. You must also have a CSCS Card, Basic DBS, Driving Licence, asbestos awareness UKATA. Please note you will also be expected to cover call out.
