Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a Leeds based manufacturer to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

Salary: Upto £40,000 DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am Days Afters Nights

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the Maintenance Engineer willbe responsible for assistingin all internal and external maintenance activities engineering, maintenance and continuous improvement systems.

Duties of the Maintenance Engineer will include

• Carry out preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure adequate resources for effective planned maintenance are available
• Maximise plant reliability and efficiency
• Assist with the identification and management of all process and engineering improvement projects

We would be keen to speak with Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers with the following:

• Apprentice trained in either Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineering
• Knowledge of materials processing techniques
• Familiar with lean manufacturing techniques (SMED, 5S, RCA)
• Analytical and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of specifications, tolerances and procedures concerning engineering components

This role would suit someone with a keen eye for detail, apositive can-do attitude, a strong work ethic and comfortable working as part of a team.
