They offer the highest level of training to engineers who wish to gain qualifications in a wide range of engineering disciplines.They pride themselves on the opportunities they give to engineers who have no previous training experience but want to move into these types of roles.In this role you will be working with apprenticeship to guide them through their apprenticeship. You will act as a coach, mentor and leader to help them navigate there way through their apprenticeship to be a fully qualified times served engineer.The ideal candidate will have experience in a multi skilled maintenance engineering role and have an electrical bias.You will be based near Hull, Scunthorpe or Grimsby and have some experience mentoring or helping team members.This is a brilliant role for an electrical maintenance engineer to join a leading training provider where you will be a vital cog in the wheel and work with the next generation of engineers.The Role:

• Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
• Trainer role
• Working with apprentices to help them complete their apprenticeship.
• Home based role.
• Full training provided.

The Person:

• Candidates can live in a commutable distance to Hull, Scunthorpe or Grimsby.
• Have a background in manufacturing maintenance engineering
• Hold electrical qualifications.
• Wants to move into a trainer role
• Candidates that have had some exposure to training or have coached/mentored candidates are encouraged to apply
