Multi Skilled Operative - Morgan Sindall Property Services : Job Details

Permanent - Full Time

We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Operative to join our Westminster team based in Maida Vale.

About the Role

Working to deliver a customer focused service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied to a high standard, you’ll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work within a social housing setting. Receiving and completing assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.

About You

Candidates will hold a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 qualification in a core trade with addition secondary trade skills and have excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in occupied properties, you’ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. Ideally holding a Blue CSCS card.

You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
