Job Title: Multi Skilled Trades - Kitchen and Bathroom Fitters, Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians (NICEIC)

Location: South West London

Salary: £190 per day + Van - £220 per day with own van (rates for electricians and plumbers to be discussed) / PRICED WORKS AVAILABLE

(CIS deductions applicable from this rate)

• Overtime available
• Congestion charge/Parking paid
• £150 fuel allowance per month

Job Type: Full time/Permanent/Priced Works available

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with overtime available

The Better Home Company is a service-focused Home Improvement company specialising in super-prime refurbishment and insurance repair works across London.

About the role:

The Better Home Company is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineers to join their dynamic property maintenance company based in Wandsworth, London, ideally with experience in carpentry/plumbing/Bathroom & Kitchen fitting.

They are a responsive up-market property maintenance company offering the highest levels of workmanship, coupled with the highest levels of customer service.

You will be working in properties in the Insurance Sector in South West, West & Central London.

You will have full support of the office staff including a dedicated booking coordinator who will book and organise all the jobs.

About you:

• Experienced Multi Skilled Trades Engineers required to carry out a variety of maintenance and repair works including insurance projects
• Experienced in decorating, basic plumbing, general carpentry, bathroom/kitchen refurbishments, additionally we're looking for NICEIC registered electricians and subcontractors looking to undertake priced works
• Skills includes: Carpentry, Painting, Tiling, Decorating, General handyman work, Leak investigations
• Experience in Subsidence works is a bonus
• Great Customer Service skills
• Valid driving license
• Own tools
• CSCS preferred but not essential
