We are looking for a Working Foreman around the Peterborough area to work around Wittering, Edith Weston and North Luffenham for a highly established company working on Military of Defence bases. This position is working with void properties and will require individual time management.As the Working Foreman you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring properties are ready for move in
• Maintenance works within properties
• Managing much of their own time
• Attending appointments
• Certain management responsibilities

The Successful Working foreman will:

• Have Full driving license
• Have a Multi Trade background
• Manage around 500 properties on patch
• Manage their own time and visit empty properties
