Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including:
  • Carpentry

  • Painting and decorating
  • Tiling
• Respond to repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Work independently to deliver high-quality results across a range of tasks.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in multi-trade work with a focus on housing maintenance.
• Your own van and tools (essential).
• A strong work ethic and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills to liaise with tenants and colleagues.
