Multiskilled Maintenance engineer HVAC bias. - DAMICOR : Job Details

 Multi-Skilled Engineer (HVAC Bias) London Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within a shopping centre in London. You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for our client,  answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities. You will be assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time. You will also have a flexible approach to work and working hours, with a pro-active and positive approach to work. You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.Benefits: 

• Salary upto £45,000 plus overtime and company van, which is permitted for Personal use.
• Hours: Monday-Friday 0700-1630 plus paid overtime.
• 33 days holiday (incl Bank Holidays)

 The ideal candidate will need:  

• Qualified at a City & Guilds NVQ level in Electrical and/or Mechanical
• Experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment..
• Have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance.
• It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg,
• be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights,
• Available to join a call out rota, and hold a full UK driving licence.
