Gemini People are seeking a Multiskilled Reach Truck Forklift Driver to join a leading manufacturer specializing in producing exclusive yarns for high-quality brands. Key Responsibilities

• Operating Yarn Machines: Monitor yarn production machines to ensure smooth operation and product quality.
• Machine Maintenance: Switch out films, apply tape or glue, and keep materials well-stocked to avoid downtime.
• Reach Forklift Operation: Safely operate a reach truck forklift to move materials and finished products around the facility.
• Multiskilled Machine Work: Assist with various production machines, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.

Skills and Requirements

• High Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and correct issues quickly in a production setting.
• Dexterous/Skillful Hands: Comfortable handling small components and performing repetitive tasks accurately.
• Focus and Concentration: Strong ability to maintain quality standards under time constraints.
• Valid Reach Forklift Truck License (Essential).
• Previous Production/Manufacturing Experience: Familiarity with working around machinery and using basic tools.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 15:00
• Friday: 07:00 - 13:00

Training & Progression

• On-the-job training will be provided to the right candidate.
• After a successful 3-month probation period, there is the potential to become a permanent member of the team.
