An Education Provider in South Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated and energetic Lecturer in Multiskills to join their Construction team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to impart knowledge and skills to the next generation of construction professionals.

• Teach a range of programmes from Levels 1 to 2 in multi-skill construction courses, covering both workshop and classroom environments.
• Engage and inspire students through hands-on and theoretical instruction in painting and decorating, basic brickwork, and joinery.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to varied learning styles and ensure all students achieve their full potential.
• Participate in the development of course materials and curriculum to enhance the learning experience.

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in painting and decorating.
• Experience in teaching low-level brickwork and joinery.
• Extensive experience in the Construction Industry.
• Passionate about training and development in the construction sector.
• Possession of or willingness to work towards a teacher training qualification and a relevant assessor award.
