Our client is a specialist global skincare brand present in over 50 countries, currently experiencing rapid growth within the UK market. With exciting growth plans for 2025, they're looking for a SNAM / Channel Lead to drive growth across high street retail and grocery.

Description

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies within the retail channel
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability within your accounts
  • Hold full P&L responsibility for your channel
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report to the business on sales performance
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in sales training and workshops to enhance professional skills

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

  • Experience working with Boots at national level essential
  • Proven sales experience in the personal care required
  • Self-starter, hunter mentality, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
  • A customer-centric approach to sales
  • Proficiency in sales management software
  • Be able to commute to Central London twice a week
