- Account Development: Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring achievement of sector targets in terms of volume and profitability.
- Business Expansion: Lead and contribute to winning new customer accounts while defending existing accounts through strong relationship management.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate to develop and implement a business growth plan for your assigned territory.
- Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the Business Development team to create promotional material tailored to specific accounts.
- Financial Control: Manage financial aspects within your designated budget, ensuring profitability.
- Tender & Pricing Management: Assist in tender submissions and maintain a competitive pricing structure.
- Credit Management: Liaise with the Credit Control department to assess the creditworthiness of prospective customers.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, legal, and company policy guidelines.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
