Working in the National Data and Analytics team to provide general admin support as well as managing incoming tickets/requests/incidents and helping to manage/allocate work within the team. Also helping to manage, oversee, and act as a main point of contact for the daily operations of several tasks.
This role is primarily administrative in nature, but there is a possibility for the successful applicant to train and develop within the team.

Your New Role
- Provide administrative support for NDA function.
- Review and allocate ServiceNow tickets to relevant parties.
- Provide updates to the business via agreed channels.
- Create and maintain process documents.
- Attend and participate in workflow (AGILE) process.
About You
- Previous administration experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Task/workflow management and planning experience.
- Highly organised and comfortable multi-tasking.
- Effective communicator.
- An eye for detail and ability to identify errors.
- An interest and/or experience in data, analytics, etc.
- The ability to interact with the operational business and other departments, translating technical concepts and problems into business language.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- An enthusiasm for technology, whilst being customer and business focused.
- Logical and efficient work ethics, with a keen attention to detail.
- An ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively.
- An ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks whilst under pressure.
