National Finance & Administration takes a closer look at how the company is performing as a whole and shares best practice knowledge with Aldi across the world.  As an Administrator you’ll play a key role in making sure the department runs smoothly.

You will support the department efficiently and accurately, and achieve compliance with all internal and external guidelines and regulations, whilst contributing to a co-operative working environment.

Your New Role

  • You will be responsible for Invoice and data inputting
  • Day to day organisational work
  • Data processing and analysis

About You

  • Relevant office experience
  • Experience in processing high volumes of merchandise invoices
  • Experience of liaising with supplier queries
  • High attention to detail
  • Inputting financial data quickly and accurately
  • Strong work ethic
  • Driven
  • Able to work under pressure, multi task and prioritise workload
  • Self-motivated and works effectively with minimal supervision
  • Well organised and efficient
  • Works in a structured, methodical manner
  • Takes personal responsibility for resolving queries and issues
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
  • Clear communicator
  • Team player
  • Undertakes general administration, word processing, data entry, filing and generates reports
  •  Ability to train other employees where appropriate

What You’ll get in Return

  • Salary starting £25,100 rising to £30,875
  • An 18 Month Contract
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
