National Food & Beverage Manager - Role & Responsibilities

• This is a national position - Travel is required
• Must have previous experience working with food and drink in an operational capacity
• Delivering food and drink training to teams
• Monitor site performance of food and drink sales and the service performance
• Must have strong food and drink experience across multi-site
• Champion the consistent delivery of excellent product quality
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Working closely with food and drink partners
• Taking ownership for bar and diner training academies
• Must have strong commercial acumen as you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting activity, performance and costs
• Support audit teams
• Will have a keen eye for detail
• Support the launch of various food and drink projects and initiatives
• Strong communication skills as well as a positive attitude is a must!
