Job Title: National Sales Manager

Department: Homecare

Location: Field Based, UK Wide

Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

Join our dynamic homecare team, proudly promoting a full continence portfolio to Health Care Professionals in both primary and secondary care settings. Our Emerald nursing service not only delivers exceptional direct care to patients but also enhances and supports existing NHS services.

They are actively seeking a National Sales Manager to lead and maximise the potential of 9 Territory Managers located across the UK. This pivotal role is of strategic importance, offering the successful candidate a place on the Homecare leadership team. Together, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategic growth plan for the Homecare business unit, driving innovation and excellence in patient care.

Your role will also include responsibility for:

  • Building strong relationships with members of your team
  • Coaching and mentoring team members for performance
  • Supporting your team with account management and sales activities
  • Maintaining motivation across the team in order to consistently achieve targets
  • Maintaining an excellent knowledge of our products and services
  • Carrying out customer analysis and evaluating field reports
  • Monitoring competitor activity
  • Identifying new product and service opportunities
  • Attending conferences, exhibitions and other related events
  • Collaborating with nursing, marketing and other sales teams

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A successful track record of selling to the NHS
  • A good working knowledge of continence care, ostomy and the community market
  • Demonstrable experience of leading a team and maximising individuals potential
  • Confidence communicating and a flair for building strong relationships
  • A naturally perceptive and decisive personality with strong leadership qualities
  • A full UK driving license
