Description
- Directly manage buyer relationships across national accounts, holding full P&L responsibility
- Manage a team of in-store retail sales managers, with full responsibility for retail sales
- Manage and grow a team of NAMs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sustainable sales growth
- Effectively coach, develop and manage members of your team, with regular 121s and alignment on KPIs
- Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively to ensure expectations are aligned
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for increased sales
- Analyse data and regularly report back to senior leadership on performance
- Manage sales budgets, terms and forecasts
Profile
- Background in beauty preferred
- Proven sales experience at national account level
- Experience either working in retail or managing retail teams
- Experience managing teams preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, organisation and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical and presentations skills
- Able to commute to a Central London office 3 days a week
Job Offer
- A competitive base salary of £65,000 to £85,000
