This full-time, permanent role is focused on driving new business by prospecting potential customers and consulting them on the benefits of a wide range of energy products and services. You will also support existing clients with their current and future energy needs, while working in a high-performing team environment.
Role and Responsibilities: As a Sales and Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with both new and existing customers, identifying their energy needs, and tailoring solutions that meet commercial and customer targets. You will ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by prospecting potential customers and consulting them on energy solutions.
- Support existing customers with their current and future energy needs, providing quotations and processing orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting positive customer interactions and maintaining strong communication.
- Work with customer data to identify needs, tailor solutions, and provide suitable quotations.
- Adhere to industry regulations and company standards at all times.
- Manage your own sales pipeline, callbacks, and potential leads, working with a focus on accuracy and time management.
- Process orders through company systems, ensuring all data is correct and up-to-date.
- Track all sales activity and update customer information with relevant notes and actions.
- Collaborate with other departments, sharing best practices and developing strong working relationships.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and products.
- Participate in regular training and assist with the training of colleagues when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of personal conduct and work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Utilize effective negotiation skills to secure and grow business volume, with an understanding of margin management.
About You: The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about sales and customer service, with a desire to learn more about the energy industry and how to provide tailored solutions to customers. You should be able to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Confidence in managing your own pipeline and proactively pursuing new business.
