### Description**About The Role ** As the National Sales Manager for Conferences and Events, you are responsiblefor driving sales growth across our three Resorts and leading the salesstrategy for conferences, meetings, and events. This involves developingstrong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, andworking collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the successful executionof events, achieving same year and advanced sales targets.Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing a national salesstrategy to increase revenue for conference and event services across thethree resorts. You will need to identify new business opportunities andmarkets while maintaining a pipeline of potential clients. Working closelywith the marketing team, you will create campaigns that attract eventorganisers and corporate clients. Client Relationship Management is crucial in your role. You will needto build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, eventplanners, agencies, and other key stakeholders. Hosting presentations andmeetings with prospective clients to showcase the companys full propositionwill be part of your responsibilities. You will also work closely with theYield team to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients,ensuring profitability while delivering value.You will collaborate with operational teams and build great relationships toensure the seamless execution of sold events. Working with finance and legalteams to manage contracts, invoicing, and other administrative tasks will alsobe part of your role.Reporting and analysis are key components of your responsibilities. You willmonitor and analyse sales performance data, adjusting strategies as necessaryto meet revenue goals. Preparing regular reports on sales activity, clientfeedback, and market trends to share with the wider team.### About YouWe’re looking for a National Sales Manager with previous experience of workingwithin the events, hospitality, or similar industry. You should enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a strong background of meeting and exceeding salestargets, whilst also being able to keep up to date with industry trends,competitor activities and emerging activities within the conference and eventsindustry. As you will be working with various areas of the business, and meeting new andexisting clients, you should be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation,communication & presentation skills.
