£55,000 + Car allowanceMidlands / SouthElevation Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a National Specification Manager for our highly valued client that that operate in the building materials sector.
The Specification Manager will work with architects, designers, contractors and government bodies to ensure products are specified in key projects. You’ll deliver technical expertise, promote our product range, and build relationships across the industry to support product adoption and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver product specifications meeting industry standards.
- Professionally deliver CPD seminars as required.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote and provide technical guidance on our products.
- Host training sessions and ensure specifications comply with regulations.
- Analyse market trends to identify specification opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in specification management or technical sales in building products.
- Extensive knowledge of dealing with Specifiers and the Specification process.
- Sound knowledge of construction principles including ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
