  • Non Destructive Testing Magnetic Particle Inspection of an extensive variety of components from a wide selection of different aircraft platforms.
  • Non Destructive Testing Dye Penetrant Inspection of an extensive variety of components from a wide selection of different aircraft platforms.
  • Carry out daily, weekly and monthly control checks.
  • Help monitor and maintain stock levels of consumables.
  • Maintain the function of plant and equipment.
  • Maintain the 5S standard required.
  • To assist, as required with certain elements of machine maintenance (preventative and scheduled).
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained in accordance with EASA, FAA and company procedures.
  • Comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Numerate and literate GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Industry recognised EN4179 Non Destructive Testing Magnetic Particle Qualification
  • Industry recognised EN4179 Non Destructive Testing Dye Penetrant Qualification

Experience:

  • Proven experience within a Non Destructive Testing environment
  • Proven experience in reading and interpreting manufacturers overhaul and repair manuals
