Role: Network ArchitectLength: 4-month engagement - with a view to extendLocation: 5 days on-siteIR35 Status: Inside IR35Pay Rate: £550 - £620 per dayClearance: SC ClearanceOne of my public sector clients are currently looking for a Network Architect to join their team on-site 5 days per week in their offices in either Leicester or Hursley. They are interested in Network Architects with experience of working in an Agile environment amongst multi-disciplinary teams. Past experience of working within the public sector would be ideal. Ideal candidate will also hold active SC clearance. Essential Skills:

• Network Architect for on-premises critical national infrastructure solution leading a mix of network new build, tech refresh and live service activities
• Working with networking infrastructure including Cisco switches, firewalls, routers, ISE, F5 load-balancers, Juniper SRX, and SolarWinds monitoring
• Knowledge of a wide range of networking concepts and technologies including: IPSec, Layer 2, Layer 3, F5 LTM, Big DNS (GTM)
• CCNP level understanding.
• Documenting solutions into HLDs and LLDs as well as overseeing the overall network configuration management
• Providing Networking leadership within the organisation and for the client when required
• Evaluating Networking technology choices to address client requirements
