Neuro Occupational Therapist- Band 6

Location: Roundshaw Health Centre Wallington

Working Hours : 37.5hours

Start date: ASAP End date: Ongoing

CAR DRIVER WITH CAR DESIRABLE.

- The candidate must have good experience working with patients with neurological conditions including stroke, head injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis & progressive conditions.

- The candidate will need experience in rehabilitation and the management of long term conditions.

- Community experience

- Experience working with adults & older adults

- MDT working

- Ability to complete the required number of community visits around the borough of Sutton, South West London Desirable:

- EMIS trained & have a NHS SMART card

- Car driver & car that can use for this post.

Seeing patients with a Sutton GP, both in their own home, care homes & in the community as required Assessment & treatment / intervention of patients with Neurological conditions in the community setting. Mileage can be claimed, no parking permits are available to bank or agency staff
