Conveyancing Associate | Solicitor

TSR Legal are currently partnering with a highly regarded legal practice based in new offices in Central Cardiff.

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Solicitor / Associate to join a leading national law firm with plans in place to grow.

This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years’ experience of handling their own Residential Property caseload to step into a senior position.

You will have a small caseload as well as actively participating in client management. This is a new role working with the national head of a modern and energetic firm.

You will be responsible for:

• delivering a superior quality service to partners and customers.
• actively and purposefully facilitating ambitious company growth plans by identifying opportunities and building successful relationships with external and internal partners.
• actively building strong and successful relationships with relevant bodies and industry leaders

Essential:

• Entrepreneurial individual with 5 + years PQE as a Licenced Conveyancer or qualified Solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing.
