Are you looking for a new challenge as a New Homes Consultant within an established, multi office, independent Estate Agent in Hertford. The company deal in Sales, Lettings, New Homes and Property Management and was established in 1988 by 3 Directors covering Enfield, Cheshunt, Hertford and surrounding areas.The company are a very well-known brand, whose main aim is to offer exceptional customer service to their clients. They will offer great career progression for the right candidate who has the drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace.The ideal candidate must have previous experience within a sales role, but not necessarily within the property industry, although that would be advantageous. You could be a Sales Negotiator looking to get into a New Homes position, or someone completely new to the property industry, but sales experience is essential. You will be target driven, used to working within a fast paced role, and possess strong customer service skills along with being ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career. You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car. Salary package and benefits for the role of New Homes Consultant include:

• Basic £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
• OTE £50,000
• Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 3 in 4 Saturdays with a day back during the week (5 day working week)

• Registering potential buyers

• Booking appointments
