Dove & Hawk are partnering with a leading developer of premium residential properties to hire a Sales Consultant in Plumstead.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person, virtual, and agent-led property viewings.
- Coordinate viewings with the Overseas office and China team as needed.
- Proactively generate sales leads through client outreach and agent engagement.
- Minimize sales cancellations by maintaining effective communication with clients, agents, and solicitors.
- Progress reservations to contract exchange by handling Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documents.
- Maintain and optimize the sales database.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and keep overseas teams updated on availability and pricing.
- Develop sales materials and promote developments on digital platforms, including LinkedIn.
- Build strong relationships with UK agents, ensuring viewings meet quality standards.
- Attend sales events and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally in the property sector.
- Strong communication, organizational, and IT skills.
- Experience with virtual appointments and project management.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and professional with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
The development is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk to the Elizabeth Line, with asking prices starting from £367,500 for 1-bed, £490,000 for 2-bed, and £597,500 for 3-bed units.
