Night Concierge - Collins Property Recruitment : Job Details

A leading property company is seeking a Night Concierge to work on a high-end Build-to-Rent development in South West London.Overview:

• Job Title: Night Concierge
• Location: SW London
• Salary: £26,000
• Working Hours: 7pm-7am. 4 days on/4 days off.

Responsibilities of the Night Concierge include:

• Provide excellent customer service to all residents and visitors.
• Carry out building patrols.
• Carry out security checks of the building.
• Manage parcels.
• Ensure the building is health & safety compliant.
• Ensure reception area is presentable and communal spaces are tidy.
• Record safety checks.
• Monitor emails and escalate where required.

The person:

• Confident with lone working.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional presentation with excellent communication.
